I’m Daniella Asantewaa-Abu—a social entrepreneur, mentor, and advocate committed to shaping a world where leadership is guided by empathy and kindness. KIIND was born from my vision to create a space that nurtures authentic connections, celebrates individuality, and inspires bold action in a way that feels deeply human.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen the power of mentoring and community to help people grow—not just in their careers, but in how they see themselves and their role in the world. Initiatives like The Fairy Godsister allowed me to witness firsthand the incredible impact of equipping women with the confidence and tools to lead authentically. KIIND builds on that foundation, offering a place for women to connect, learn, and thrive while breaking through the norms that often limit us.

For me, kindness is the foundation of every meaningful relationship and collaboration. In a society that feels increasingly divided, I’m passionate about creating spaces where women can share diverse perspectives, tackle challenges with courage, and approach differences with respect and grace. KIIND isn’t just a community—it’s a home for women who want to lead with heart and disrupt with intention.
